NEK Villa Igatpuri me hai, Bhavli Dam road pe. Ghar architect ka banaya hua hai — saaf grey aur safed lines, badi khidkiyan, aur ek double-height living room jisme din bhar roshni aati rehti hai. Bahar 20 x 10 ft ka private pool hai, uske aage lawn aur peeche Sahyadri ki pahaadiyan.
Teen bedrooms hai, teeno AC ke saath, aur har ek me attached bathroom. Ek family room alag se hai baithne ke liye. Kitchen poori tarah se laga hua hai — fridge, microwave, RO ka paani — to apna khaana banana ho to bhi ho sakta hai.
Lawn pe 12 log tak ka chhota gathering ho sakta hai. Upar terrace hai jahan se shaam ka nazara sabse achha dikhta hai, aur neeche ek chhota garden corner jisme Buddha ki murti aur ped-paudhe lage hai. Wi-Fi poore ghar me chalti hai. Teen se chaar gaadiyan andar khadi ho jati hai.
Ye villa chhote groups ke liye hai — couples, ya do-teen parivaar. Bade shor-sharabe wale group ke liye nahi hai.
