Ye villa Pawna Lake ke paas hai, Lonavala se thodi der ki drive. Aage ek 14 x 35 ft ka private pool hai jiske peeche pahaad dikhte hai — subah dhundh me aur shaam ko lights jalne ke baad dono waqt alag lagta hai. Pool ke kinare loungers, dining table aur ek 300 sq ft ka AC gazebo hai, jahan baarish me bhi baithkar khaana khaya ja sakta hai.
Andar chaar AC bedrooms hai, har ek me Smart TV, aur chaaron ke saath attached bathroom jisme 24 ghante garam paani rehta hai. Living room me wooden beams aur khuli jagah hai, aur upar terrace pe green loungers ki ek lambi qatar — raat me wahi sabse achhi jagah hai baithne ke liye.
